Apple standard EULA
Disgustify is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies.
Subscriptions
Disgustify offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions that unlock a monthly allowance of food image edits. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in App Store settings before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Appropriate use
Disgustify is intended for personal self-help around everyday food cravings. Do not use it for illegal content, harassment, sexual content, gore, violence, images of people, or any use that violates Apple policies or applicable law.
Health and safety
Disgustify is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If food feels frightening, compulsive, unsafe, or connected to an eating disorder, do not use Disgustify as a substitute for professional care.
Photos and generated images
You are responsible for the photos you choose and the way you use generated images. The app sends selected photos to the configured image proxy only when you request a transformation. Saved images remain local to your device unless you share them.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
